Davis County is preparing for the 2026 General Election! Watch for your vote-by-mail ballot and take advantage of opportunities to learn about the election process. The public is invited to observe the Logic and Accuracy Test and Audit and attend an Election Town Hall and Tour. Meet County election officials, learn about secure voting, see how elections work and get answers to your questions.

Ballots Begin Arriving in the Mail: Tuesday, October 13, 2026
Registration deadline to vote: Friday, October 23
General Election: Tuesday, November 3, 2026
Returning Your Mail Ballot: State law requires ballots to be in the custody of the County Clerk’s Office or placed in an official secure ballot drop box no later than 8:00 pm, on Election Day (November 3). Drop boxes close at 8:00 pm; all ballots must be in hand by 8:00 pm.
